Warranty applications to the importer / manufacturer are usually processed internally by the brand dealer. Often, the processing is done by productive specialists on the side, which affects the productivity of your company.

 

Although these specialists are trained through training on manufacturer specific systems, some of them are insufficiently familiar with the subtleties of the various guarantee systems and processes. This can lead to errors or incomplete warranty claims, which is often punished with 'missed' sales.
